The Division of Vascular Surgery has evolved and changed significantly in the past 11 years. We have grown into a center of excellence and now treat patients from the tri-state area with all types of vascular pathology. The range of complexity extends from thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms to varicose veins. On average our group of 5 surgeons perform 150 carotid endarterectomies and repair over 100 abdominal aortic aneurysms annually. We have an active endovascular program and perform interventions with state of the art mobile c-arm unit in the operating room and the interventional suite. We treat mesenteric ischemia, renal-vascular, cerebrovascular, and peripheral vascular disease with open and endovascular techniques depending on the needs of the patient. We work with our interventional radiologists on some of our interventions. We are constantly reviewing our results, researching and developing new methods, and changing our approach as technology improves. We look forward to evaluating and treating you or your loved ones.
