Referral Information

Patients may be self-referred to the Division of Neurosurgery of the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School or they may be referred by their physician, health care organization, or insurance plan.

Appointments may be requested with specific faculty members or on a next-available appointment basis. Timely appointments can be scheduled for initial evaluations or for Second Opinion consultations. To schedule an appointment, please telephone: (732) 235-7756

Information and appointment scheduling is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays, major holidays excepted. Please be sure to bring all available test results and any radiology examinations with you to your appointment to avoid delays in completing your evaluation.
